Project: Control System for New Roof Tile Mixer

AMPIPER Ltd commissioned to design a control system for a new Roof tile mixer to be installed in an existing plant; the control PLC & HMI code updated and extended for the revised installation.

  • Proface SP5000  & GP3000 Series Operator Interfaces.
    • HMI includes Proface Extended Scripting for RS232 communication to third party device.
  • Danfoss Inverter Drives on Profibus network.
  • Pilz PNOZmulti Safety System on Profibus network.
